As a Quantitative Developer, you will design and implement quantitative models to support trading strategies and risk management. You will research and apply new machine learning techniques to improve predictive accuracy. Collaborating with quantitative researchers and traders, you will translate mathematical models into robust, production-ready systems. Additionally, you will optimize algorithms for speed and scalability, ensuring low-latency execution in real-time environments. You will perform rigorous testing and validation of models and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability, while also maintaining and enhancing the existing codebase in compliance with best practices and coding standards. ###
