Requirements

Must:
- A degree in UX, Design, HCI, Computer Science with a UX focus, or similar - Demonstrable skills in designing workflows and user interfaces for specialized, complex domains - Experience working within, and contributing to, existing design systems, such as Material Design - Proficient with UX design tools, such as Adobe XD, Figma, Axure RP, or Sketch - Experience collaborating with UI engineers to see a design through to realization - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with external partners, clients, and end users - Capability to break down and plan tasks required to realize a design goal - Experience carrying out discovery research, defining user stories, and translating findings into design requirements - Experience carrying out user evaluations and recommending improvements to designs or implementations - Willingness to travel, internal to the UK and abroad, for on-site client workshops, demonstrations, and training, typically up to 2-3 times per year
