Responsibilities
- Lead the development of SeeAbilitys IT and digital strategy
- Oversee major system changes and digital upgrades
- Drive the adoption of AI and intelligent tools
- Strengthen data governance and data quality
- Enhance digital services across the organisation
- Build a secure, resilient, future-ready technology environment
- Partner closely with the Strategic IT team, leading and developing the group
- Ensure alignment across all technology functions in collaboration with the Head of Technical IT
- Advise the Senior Leadership Team on risk, transformation, and long-term digital priorities
Description
At SeeAbility, we are looking for an exceptional Strategic IT Lead to shape our digital, technology, and data strategy at a pivotal time in our growth. This is a senior leadership role with real influence and visibility, based in Leatherhead, Surrey, with a hybrid work arrangement of two days in the office. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours (22.5 hours per week). In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our ambitious digital journey and make a meaningful difference in peoples lives through technology.
