Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have experience in C# and .NET.
- Proficiency in MVC and SQL is essential.
- I am looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I expect you to engage in problem-solving and possess strong conceptual skills to address production issues.
- You will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into effective software solutions.
- I encourage you to keep abreast of new technologies and suggest any that could enhance our current or upcoming projects.
- Regular communication with company Directors is vital, so clear communication is key.
- You will help set and contribute to team standards, ensuring that all projects adhere to best practices.
- As part of our broader processes, you will be involved in configuring deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, including builds and branching.
- You will participate in peer reviews on projects to maintain consistent quality and uphold high standards.
Description
Based on the outskirts of Warwick, we are a well-established software house experiencing significant growth due to recent client wins. We are seeking senior developers to join our small but highly skilled team, which works on several greenfield projects. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality and service to our clients and have a long-standing presence in the area, counting major names among our client base. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of up to £65k, with the opportunity to work two days a week on-site in Warwick, alongside 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays.
