Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them throughout the PDLC
- Demonstrable coding experience in JavaScript and React.js
- Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and development planning
- Experience designing, building, and iterating commercial web, back-end, or cloud-based applications
- Hands-on experience writing, testing, and releasing high-quality JavaScript code
- Experience with CI/CD, reusable components, and engineering best practices
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers
Responsibilities
- Guide teams, technology, and delivery within an Agile environment
- Enable team members to perform at their best through mentoring and coaching
- Champion best practices and challenge the status quo
- Encourage innovation while ensuring high standards of engineering quality
- Contribute across the full product development lifecycle
- Write and review JavaScript code and shape solutions using Infrastructure as Code
