Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple web projects
- Guide and support developers, ensuring high coding standards and smooth delivery
- Collaborate with account managers and clients as the technical lead on projects
- Contribute to solution architecture and system design decisions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and champion smarter ways of working
