- Desirable: Ability to deliver basic user training on systems and features
- Desirable: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for VoIP and telecoms services
- Act as a key point of contact for customer issues
- Diagnose and resolve VoIP and network-related problems
- Monitor system performance and carry out regular checks and updates
- Ensure services remain reliable and efficient
- Work closely with the wider technical team
- Maintain accurate case documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer systems and service delivery
