Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them throughout the PDLC
- Demonstrable coding experience in JavaScript and React.js
- Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and development planning
- Experience designing, building, and iterating commercial web, back-end, or cloud-based applications
- Hands-on experience writing, testing, and releasing high-quality JavaScript code
- Experience with CI/CD, reusable components, and engineering best practices
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers
Responsibilities
- Guide and support engineering teams in a collaborative and innovative environment
- Contribute across the full product development lifecycle within an Agile framework
- Champion best practices and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor, coach, and provide clear technical direction to team members
- Ensure high standards of engineering quality and technology delivery
- Shape solutions using Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud platforms
- Work hands-on in software development to support team objectives
