Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
- Strong Power BI experience (including dashboard design and DAX)
- Experience working with data warehouses and complex datasets
- CRM experience
- Ability to work across multiple data sources (financial, operational, sales)
- Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, analysis)
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and translating data into clear insights
Responsibilities
- Define how data is used across the business
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities
- Build out reporting, insight, and data processes to improve decision-making
- Evolve existing data foundations, bringing new ideas and improving systems
- Create a joined-up view of performance across various data platforms
- Connect data across CRM, financial systems, and business platforms
- Build and optimise Power BI dashboards
- Automate reporting processes
- Introduce best practices in data governance and structure
