Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role
- Strong background in post-sale system design and integration architecture
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ERP, or operational systems
- Expertise in data modeling, APIs, middleware orchestration, and integration governance
- Skilled in producing technical artifacts using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware, delivery-conscious, and structured in approach
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will shape the technical architecture of client solutions post-sale. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions, mapping systems and data flows, and ensuring that designs are scalable, robust, and aligned with commercial goals. Additionally, you will contribute to pre-sales scoping for complex engagements and work closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and long-term success. This is a consultative, client-facing role ideal for someone who excels at translating ambiguity into actionable technical plans.

The salary is up to £70,000 per annum, plus great benefits.
