Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL and SQL Server experience
- Proven background in Application Support or similar support-focused role
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working with legacy systems and low-documentation environments
- Ability to manage and deliver change requests
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and demonstrating systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues across a range of applications
- Work on change requests and system improvements
- Support the rollout and demonstration of new or updated systems
- Participate in due diligence activities for onboarding or transition phases
- Investigate and reverse engineer systems to understand their functionality
- Manage various support-related tasks in a hybrid working environment
Description
