Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager

We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Microsoft D365 BC Systems Manager to take ownership of our core ERP and related systems. You will be central to keeping everything running smoothly across Scout Shops Ltd, from back-end systems to customer-facing platforms. To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, along with a proactive mindset, are essential. You must be confident in delivering training and guidance to non-technical users, as well as the ability to assess and define business requirements clearly and concisely.
