GM of Management IT Systems

- Lead and manage MIS teams covering data, funding, compliance, reporting, planning and systems. - Ensure accurate recording, maintenance and reporting of management information across all services. - Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate statutory and funding data returns. - Develop and improve systems, processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and data quality. - Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality and audit requirements. - Coordinate annual data and reporting cycles with operational teams. - Provide high-quality management information and analysis to support decision-making. - Manage and monitor service desk activity to ensure service standards are met. - Support income optimisation through robust data quality and validation processes. - Act as deputy for the senior MIS lead when required. - Directly manage MIS team leaders. - Provide leadership, coaching and performance management across the wider MIS team. - Lead recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and wellbeing activities. - Promote effective teamwork, communication and continuous improvement.
