In this role, I will ensure you provide a comprehensive support service across the Locality. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of digital technology within SCRA’s Hearing suites, as well as utilizing digital technology to deliver virtual hearings through our secure virtual platform (training will be provided). Your focus will be on delivering a flexible, effective, sensitive, and customer-focused service that acts as a safety net for vulnerable children, helping to meet the needs of individuals and build stronger families and safer communities.
