Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in leading IT operations and support services
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, endpoints, and audio-visual systems
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team management and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work strategically with leadership teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure team and IT support function
- Ensure seamless delivery of core systems and 1st and 2nd line support
- Design, develop, support, and manage infrastructure systems
- Monitor performance, capacity, availability, security, and resilience of systems
- Ensure services meet business-agreed performance and user satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with IDS Leadership Team on architecture and operations
- Conduct analysis, research, and deliver teaching/learning support
- Manage and support a team of IT professionals
