Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
- Ability to produce detailed business and technical requirements documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in facilitating meetings and managing stakeholders
- Background in data analysis or data engineering is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse business requirements, serving as a trusted advisor
- Identify areas for continuous process improvement within business operations
- Build productive, customer-focused relationships with stakeholders
- Run and facilitate Scrum meetings including Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups
- Assume the role of product owner to guide project development
- Produce high-quality business requirements documentation and technical specifications
- Hold requirement gathering sessions, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking
- Assist with user training and onboarding for newly delivered solutions
- Provide post-release support and recommend continuous improvements
