Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in promoting IT products, solutions, and services to the private sector. You should be confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by targets. Additionally, you need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully growing active accounts and acquiring new business. Strong account management skills and an eagerness to learn more about Data Centre, Cloud, and Security products and solutions are essential. We value individuals who can self-motivate and work effectively in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, key responsibilities will include retaining and growing our active account base, qualifying new opportunities, and winning new business with Marketing and Lead Generation support. You will promote our Data Centre, Cloud, and Security products and solutions, hitting set KPIs aimed at increasing your business wins. Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast will be crucial, as will developing strong relationships with key distribution and vendor partners. Consistent achievement of targets is expected.

Our offerings include server and storage solutions, penetration testing, compliance and risk management, and our flagship Cloud Solution. In return for your passion and commitment, we offer a healthy uncapped commission scheme, providing unlimited earning potential. The basic salary ranges from £40K-50K, depending on experience, with commission of up to 20% of GP above the threshold, also uncapped. Additional benefits include a full work-from-home setup, ongoing professional sales training, volunteering days, and a workplace pension. You will also enjoy 28 days of paid holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays, with an extra discretionary paid holiday between Christmas and New Year, plus an additional day for each completed year with us.
