Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Lead engineering position
- Proven track record of managing a team of ~5 Engineers
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and internal developer platforms
- Knowledge of container technologies and ML/AI infrastructure
- Ability to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and observability for compute- and data-intensive workloads
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, data, and business teams
Responsibilities
- Shape the engineering strategy and set the roadmap for a new AI platform hosted in AWS
- Design and run core services while maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Build an internal developer platform and lead a small senior team
- Set standards and best practices for the engineering team
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and observability of workloads
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and business teams
- Contribute directly to architecture and implementation while mentoring team members
