Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience leading data workstreams on multiple Workday implementations
- Strong technical background in data migration and technical data roles
- Experience extracting and transforming HR and Payroll data from legacy systems
- Expertise in data mapping for migration
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in ETL processes
- Excellent understanding of Workday data structures
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical and senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead data workstreams across the Workday implementation
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring ownership of tasks
- Extract data from legacy systems and perform cleansing, transformation, mapping, and loading into Workday
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate data integrity and accuracy
- Support stakeholders with data-related queries and issues
Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Lead for a pivotal role in our large-scale Workday implementation.
