Requirements
Must:
- Strong retail / ecommerce experience
- Advanced commercial data analysis (sales, range, category performance)
- Experience working with merchandising, supply chain, or commercial functions
- Proven experience operating at senior level
- Background in strategy consulting or commercial/strategy analytics roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and challenge
Responsibilities

- Translate findings into clear and practical insights

Description
We are a leading retail organization seeking a senior and highly analytical Strategy Analyst/Business Analyst/Principal Consultant to support a critical piece of work focused on longer-term Range & Space strategy across our UK store estate. This role is for an initial contract of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, and operates in a hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite in the Hampshire/Southampton area.
