Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / Subject Matter Expert (SME). You should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, such as REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, is essential. You must also possess a solid grasp of ITIL processes and service management principles. Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills are a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead ServiceNow implementation and configuration projects, integrating ServiceNow with core IT systems and external applications. You will define and deliver best practice solutions aligned with ITIL processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and automation. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and SME-level support throughout the project lifecycle.
