Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in implementing CMDBs
- Experience with CSDM
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software Asset Management implementation
- Strong understanding of application and module integration with CMDB data
- Ability to analyze and present technical information clearly
- Skills in writing technical documents and business processes
- Experience working in a formal testing environment
Responsibilities
- Complete the configuration of the CMDB Health Dashboards
- Set up default views for each CI Class and finalize work for the CI Class Manager
- Address outstanding User Stories for Governance and Compliance, including the new service transition workflow
- Work on integration with ITSM applications, including Incident and Problem Management, Change Enablement, and Request Fulfilment
Description
We are looking for an additional ServiceNow Developer to complement our in-house team and assist with our Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management projects. This role is located in London, requiring on-site presence twice a week, and offers a contract duration of 6 months.
