Requirements
Must:
- Experience within a large fast-paced environment
- Start-up mentality
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in a large Active Directory / PAM / RA environment
- Experience in setting up and shaping a delivery framework
- Understanding of how to build services around PAM/RA
- Experience in an EUC environment, ideally in a Business Facing Role
- Understanding of Incident and Change Management
- Ideally holding some form of ITIL Accreditations
- Relevant industry background in Start Up, Retail, Telco, etc.
- Hands-on attitude with a passion for technology
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a customer-centric approach
- Help shape and implement the delivery framework
- Build and maintain services around PAM/RA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Address and resolve incidents and manage change effectively
- Contribute to an inclusive and diverse team environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
