Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Node (Nest)
- Proven background working as a Senior Engineer within agile, product-led environments, combining delivery with technical leadership
- Experience designing and working with micro frontends, BFF patterns, and modular, distributed architectures
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, and secure application development (authentication, authorization, OWASP)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend engineering within the squad, setting high standards for code quality, performance, and resilience while remaining hands-on with delivery
- Design and build modular, scalable applications using micro frontend architecture and BFF patterns
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript, contributing daily to squad deliverables
- Provide technical oversight across design and delivery, driving continuous improvement in engineering standards and practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate closely with product, platform, and distributed teams in an Agile environment
