Requirements
Must:
- Solid understanding of technologies including APIs, distributed systems design, operational scaling and availability, and application integrations.
- Deep knowledge of the .NET framework and SQL Server.
- Experience in full stack development (front-end, scripting, and back-end).
- Familiarity with microservices stack, including .NET, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, AWS/Azure DevOps, and automated change management through tools like Jenkins or Ansible.
- Seven or more years of team leadership experience in a development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile development environment to bring designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications that support both internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with your team, business leaders, and project management to understand project requirements and prioritize work.
- Lead your team through two-week sprints, ensuring timelines and coding standards are met while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop a supportive and inclusive team environment that encourages the growth and development of each team member.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your teams and the wider portfolio and development community.
- Be ready to dive into code when necessary to support your team and projects.
