Requirements

- Experience mentoring junior developers
- SC Clearable: British Citizen with at least 5 years of continuous UK address history
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain bespoke web applications
- Lead full-stack development efforts, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
- Participate in analysis and support activities to contribute to technical decision-making
- Mentor junior developers to foster growth and best practices within the team
- Conduct code reviews to maintain standards and improve overall code quality
- Provide ongoing support for existing applications and systems

We are a global specialist in bespoke software solutions, seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote role with quarterly visits to Cheltenham for events and workshops. Youll be joining a passionate team that specializes in developing bespoke web-based solutions for complex operational environments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support critical operations, with a growing team of 12 developers expected to double in size within the next 12 to 18 months.
