Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of the end to end procure to pay process and how this operates within SAP Ariba
- SAP Ariba end-user training experience within a corporate environment
- Clear implementation experience and expertise in training delivery using SAP EnableNow, including planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing recordings and book pages
- Experience translating process design documentation into end-user facing training material
- Experience conducting training needs assessments covering system and process elements of SAP Ariba implementations
- Experienced classroom and virtual trainer, comfortable presenting to both large and small audiences, including those who may challenge why change is happening
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training designs and materials to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption
- Expert knowledge in MS Office suite
Responsibilities
- Work with Business Change Leads, SI Partner, Procurement, and Product Owners to prepare the organization for changes to its procure to pay processes and introduction of SAP Ariba
- Use outputs from training needs analysis to make updates where required
- Be responsible for the delivery of end-user training
- Monitor effectiveness of training activities as part of business readiness assessments leading up to go-live
- Conduct recorded and live training courses and provide demos for self-learning using written materials

We are an established organization based in Canary Wharf, looking for an SAP Ariba trainer for a 6-month engagement with a day rate of £450-500 (outside IR35).
