Requirements
Must:
- We require proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or equivalent digital product leadership role.
- We require experience delivering platform products, ideally within transactional communications, CRM, or customer engagement.
- We require a strong understanding of multi-channel messaging platforms, including email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications.
- We require experience with APIs and system integrations.
- We require experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, CRM, marketing, data, analytics, customer experience, and operations.
- We require significant stakeholder management experience.
- We require experience working with stakeholders across Europe.
- Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
- We require the ability to define product vision, roadmap, and operating model for a scalable platform.
- We require the ability to support high-volume, real-time communications with resilience and reliability at scale.
Responsibilities
- We will shape and deliver the product and platform vision and strategy for our transactional communications platform.
- We will define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to customer experience goals, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
- We will lead the transition from a legacy platform to a new platform.
- We will own the end-to-end delivery of a multi-channel transactional communications platform across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- We will ensure the platform supports high-volume, real-time communications with resilience and reliability.
- We will partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver the platform effectively.
- We will work closely with CRM and marketing teams, as well as data and analytics teams.
- We will improve the customer communications experience, including timeliness, relevance, and clarity.
- We will enable personalisation and dynamic content within transactional messaging.
- We will ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- We will manage senior stakeholders and align delivery across multiple teams and regions.
Description
We are partnering with a well-known brand to hire a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead for an enterprise-wide transactional communications platform. The role is an inside IR35 umbrella engagement, with 2–3 days per week on site in London.
