Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in penetration testing
- Strong technical skills in hands-on penetration testing
- Previous leadership experience overseeing a team
- Ability to manage and prioritize testing requests
- Proficient in scoping penetration tests and delegating work
- Understanding of red team concepts and adversary led testing
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to quality and consistency in reporting
Responsibilities

- Scope penetration tests and allocate work effectively
- Maintain hands-on involvement in penetration testing as needed
- Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards
- Contribute to red team or advanced testing approaches
Description
We are a dynamic company based in Bristol, seeking a Penetration Test Lead to join our team for an initial 3-month duration. Our role combines hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a talented team of three penetration testers.
