Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Platform Lead position.
- Significant experience and success in building and coaching high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Expertise in Oracle Systems and Modules, including Finance, P2P, and Workflow.
- Proficient in providing support and analysis for Oracle EBS R12; familiarity with using a call logging system is preferred.
- Technical understanding of Oracle Databases and development tools.
- Familiarity with UAT processes.
- Previous success in delivering and measuring innovation and continuous improvements across platforms and products.
- Proven track record of managing complex technology projects from design to implementation and measurement.
- Experience in building strong relationships with third-party SaaS suppliers to drive collaborative, high-performance results.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of business and team members.
- Ability to analyze and use data to drive decisions and test hypotheses.
- Understanding of complex business problems to apply technology effectively.
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands.
- Strong business acumen and desire to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering digital-enabled value through current and future finance platforms (primarily Oracle EBS).
- Empower the team to make decisions, fostering psychological safety for their development, testing, and learning.
- Collaborate closely with the business to set finance platform strategy, priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment with business outcomes.
- Establish and work with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale changes and continuous improvements throughout the development lifecycle, measuring the impact on user experience and business outcomes.
- Be accountable for in-life platform performance, defining and reporting on success metrics.
- Provide expertise and leadership in managing end-user support; create robust business processes and system documentation; diagnose and resolve system issues; manage UAT; and ensure audit compliance of the platform.
- Align team priorities with our overall Digital, IT, and Business Strategy and OKRs.
- Build partnerships with platform partners, such as Oracle, fostering a two-way learning process to drive optimal value from those relationships.
- Stay updated on emerging finance technologies and market trends, sharing insights with the team and the business.

This role provides technical leadership, guidance, and expertise in the development, implementation, and optimization of our Finance Platforms, primarily Oracle EBS. You will ensure that the platform aligns with our business objectives, operates efficiently, and is equipped with the latest features to support our Finance, Operational, and Central teams. I am passionate about our users and understand the significance of using insights from user engagement to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
