Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in ETL tools: Pentaho and Talend
- Proficiency in SAS 9.4 (DI) and SAS Viya 3.x (including SAS Studio, VA, and VI)
- Experience with data virtualization using Denodo
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the anti-fraud function for a government organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective data engineering solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
- Utilize ETL tools to efficiently process and manage data
- Implement data virtualization techniques to enhance data accessibility
Description
We are offering a contract position for an Operational / Data Engineer at £552 per day, inside IR-35, located in Telford, requiring in-office attendance for 2 days per week.
