Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of managing projects / programmes
- Experience of management and motivation of a team
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes
- Knowledge of FCA regulations
- Skilled in Planning / PMO
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships
- Highly organised with a proven ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands
- Solid understanding of change and governance processes
- A fast learner who is adept at problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to negotiate and influence people to deliver without direct authority
- Resilient and able to work well with changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Central Change Team, Client, IT, 3rd party suppliers, Front and Back-office teams to support governance, planning and control of operational change projects
- Assist in developing the operational change roadmap to ensure effective planning of change affecting operational teams
- Identify and document key milestones, contention, dependencies and risks
- Lead and coach direct reports to source data inputs required for change impact assessments and benefits tracking
- Produce governance reports based on data inputs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan necessary resource involvement for successful delivery of change projects
- Document and report potential risks and issues
- Manage frameworks, processes and documentation to exceed minimum requirements and protect Service Levels across operations
- Apply change management processes and tools to support the business in delivering strategic priorities
