Requirements
Must:
We seek an individual with a good understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM best practices, with ITIL certification being a plus but not essential. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an inquisitive mindset. Experience working with third-party suppliers and familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, is desirable. It’s important to be organized, collaborative, and able to remain calm under pressure, and we value someone who is eager to make improvements and isn’t afraid to voice their ideas.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to support and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across our organization, focusing on continuous improvement. You will analyze incident and service request trends to identify opportunities for automation and better ways of working. Coordinating and supporting Change Management will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring documentation and impact assessments are up to date. Additionally, you will maintain and develop our IT knowledge base and service catalogue. Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics will be essential, as will assisting with root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurring issues. Collaboration with IT teams, business units, and suppliers to deliver excellent service, as well as supporting the administration and configuration of ITSM platforms and Software Asset Management (SAM), will be key components of your position.
