IT Service Desk & Workplace Team Lead

- Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk - Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business - Manage and develop service desk staff - Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements - Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards - Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements - Manage incident resolution and service requests - Oversee device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and lifecycle management - Maintain IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements - Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders - Ensure adherence to Information Security standards - Support wider business needs based on team priorities
