Requirements
Must:
- An experienced Data Modeller/Data Architect who has worked in a regulated environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional, relational, Data Vault)
- Experience with SQL and query optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Strong knowledge of development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Responsibilities
- Design and implement logical and physical data models in Snowflake
- Develop and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data requirements
- Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations (ELT/ETL)
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are met
- Document data models, definitions, and data flows
Description
We are a leading business looking to expand our growing team with an experienced Data Modeller. This role offers a competitive £650 per day via umbrella and supports hybrid working arrangements.
