Requirements
Must:
- Ideally, a software engineering / delivery / integration background
- Strong systems engineering / support background will be considered
- Experience working with Linux-based systems and environments
- Understanding of networking technologies (network traffic, packet tracing, networking protocols)
- Understanding of APIs
- Solid understanding of database fundamentals and some experience of querying databases to identify issues
Responsibilities
- Help prepare, configure and deploy systems
- Assist clients through onboarding
- Ensure solutions run reliably in production
- Investigate technical issues and refine integrations
- Work closely with engineers to improve tooling, deployment processes and platform capabilities
- Work hands-on with Linux environments, scripting, data exploration and operational metrics
- Contribute to enhancements that make the platform easier to deploy and maintain
- Design new solutions to meet emerging requirements
- Translate client needs and requirements
- Work with internal development teams during delivery and support cycles
