Requirements
Must:
- Project management experience (priority) or BA background
- Comfortable working across different operational areas
- Able to manage workload, communicate clearly, and support change activity
- Exposure to change management (desirable)
- APM or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of LPI products (not essential)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder engagement ability
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the Readiness Manager with operational engagement across multiple business areas
- Help ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder and operational needs
- Assist with communications, training coordination, and readiness documentation
- Act as the voice of colleagues and customers to ensure changes land correctly
- Support deployment of new systems/processes and check theyre fit for purpose
