Requirements
Must:
- 6 years of Python development with hands-on experience in Generative AI
- Strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)
- Proven team leadership and mentoring skills; managing 3-5 engineers
- Cloud deployment experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, AI/ML principles, and MLOps
- Experience developing REST APIs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Crew AI)
- Desirable: Experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains
- Desirable: Knowledge of insurance workflows or policy administration systems
- Desirable: Team leadership and client-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of LLMs and generative AI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models)
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies
- Develop AI-powered applications integrating LLMs with APIs, agents, and workflows
- Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and best practices
- Translate business requirements into AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices and high-quality outputs
