Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in storage, backup, and virtualisation technologies
- Proficient in managing enterprise storage environments
- Expertise in NetApp ONTAP / StorageGRID including Volumes, Aggregates, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and CIFS/NFS configuration
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE monitoring
- Knowledge of SAN / SAN Fabric technologies
- Familiarity with VMware storage (VMFS, NFS, vVols)
- Ability to support both Windows and Linux server environments
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise storage environments, ensuring availability and performance
- Configure and maintain backup and recovery solutions
- Support virtualisation infrastructure and related storage integration
- Provide general infrastructure support across Windows and Linux server environments
Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Newport or Portsmouth, working in a hybrid model. This position is contracted for 6 months at a rate of £500 per day (Inside IR35). We pride ourselves on maintaining a secure enterprise environment, and the successful candidate will focus on optimising critical infrastructure services, particularly in storage and backup solutions.
