Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Network Operations Engineer
- Strong knowledge of LAN environments including access switches, wireless access points/controllers, and cabling
- Experience managing WAN technologies such as core routers, firewalls, and third-party network links
- Familiarity with Cisco telephony, Skype for Business devices, and video conferencing systems
- Ability to comply with strict client policies, security requirements, and technical standards
- Valid SC Clearance required
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain critical client network infrastructure
- Manage LAN environments and ensure optimal performance
- Oversee WAN technologies and resolve any related issues
- Provide support for networked services such as telephony and video conferencing
- Ensure adherence to security requirements and technical standards
- Work hands-on in a high-assurance environment
