Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with VMware NSX-T
- In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, and trunking
- Proficient in implementing firewalling and security controls including IDS/IPS and zero-trust methodologies
- Experience in L4/L7 load balancing and high-availability patterns
- Familiarity with SD-WAN architectures
- Knowledge of network automation using Python, Ansible, or vendor APIs
- Understanding of core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring and performance tuning
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and administration of VMware NSX-T
- Architect robust Layer 2/3 network solutions
- Implement advanced firewalling and security controls
- Support and optimise L4/L7 load balancing solutions
- Deploy and enhance SD-WAN architectures
- Drive network automation initiatives
- Manage core network services and addressing strategies
- Enhance network monitoring and observability
