Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems
- Experience with Boomi integration
- Familiarity with HCM and ERP solutions, particularly IFS and Dayforce
- Exposure to ProFinda is beneficial
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
- Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in documentation for technical specifications and processes
- Understanding of compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
- Experience in system upgrades, patches, and new feature additions
- Leadership skills to mentor other developers and IT team members
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise systems and applications
- Understand interface source and target data design and impacts to Boomi integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to integrations and data flows
- Collaborate with project team members to understand and translate requirements
- Document requirements in technical specifications
- Plan and implement new deployments and outages
- Develop supporting documentation for analysis, design, coding, configuration, testing, and processes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise systems and integrations
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and meet performance standards
- Participate in service reviews and contribute to quality maintenance
- Mentor and provide guidance to IT team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Corporate IT team
