Endpoint Detection Engineer (DV Cleared)

- Lead the day-to-day technical operations of the Windows Team - Manage and mentor team members to foster growth and development - Create a structure of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with client-centric skills - Enhance skills portfolio in alignment with the unified Digital strategy - Assist with project tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager, including solution design - Estimate, design, and implement high-level and detailed project work as needed - Respond to SLAs by fixing or escalating issues as appropriate - Write and maintain operational and user procedures to meet standards - Engage in pre-sales activities to scope potential solutions - Collaborate with Architects and Solutions Designers for options validation and recommendations - Accurately assess effort and cost involved in implementation - Ensure all tasks are documented to standard - Keep Project Management informed of progress for accurate task completion assessment
