Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience operating as a Data Lead at Senior or Principal Consultant level
- Strong Power Platform capability, with deep hands-on Power BI expertise
- Track record of delivering data solutions in complex, regulated, or public sector environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
- Active SC security clearance (essential)
- NPPV2 or NPPV3 (desirable)
- CTC (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of data and analytics solutions
- Define and own the data strategy, governance, and reporting approach across the programme
- Act as the senior data authority, providing direction, assurance, and best practice
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive insight-led decision making
- Oversee and assure the quality and performance of Power BI reporting solutions
Description
We are working with a high-profile client on a strategically important programme and are seeking an experienced Data Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-grade data and reporting capabilities. This engagement is well suited to a senior or principal-level consultant with proven leadership experience and the ability to operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments.
