Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting high-performance software solutions
- Proficiency in modern programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud-native and DevOps practices
- Experience in building and managing containerised applications on Kubernetes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong focus on security, reliability, and performance in code
- Ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of continuous deployment tools and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, high-performance backend services
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Translate solution architectures and business requirements into detailed technical designs
- Build, deploy, and manage containerised applications on Kubernetes
- Support Agile delivery by contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality technical documentation
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
- Monitor live systems and address performance or reliability issues
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to enhance automation and testing
- Contribute to prototyping and developing innovative technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement through code reviews and knowledge sharing
