Requirements
Must:
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT and core infrastructure technologies
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with event management and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, MECM/SCCM)
- Understanding of incident management processes and ITSM tools
- DV clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to receive structured training and cross-training opportunities
Responsibilities
- Perform daily infrastructure checks and incident management
- Support a high-profile user community with regular interaction
- Manage the full incident lifecycle using ITSM tools
- Contribute to operational readiness reviews and service release support
- Assist in project activities, including hardware builds and configuration
- Carry out hands-on tasks involving Windows Server and Active Directory
- Utilize monitoring tools effectively for operational needs
