Requirements
Must:
- DV clearance is required for this role, with sponsorship available for individuals holding active SC clearance
- Strong background in Cloud Administration (e.g. Broadcom: NSX-T)
- Experience in Firewall Management (e.g. Cisco Firepower Management Centre)
- Proficiency with Network Devices (e.g. Cisco IOS, NX-OS & FX-OS / Juniper & JUNOS)
- Knowledge in Network Authentication (e.g. Cisco ISE)
- Familiarity with Event Management Tooling (e.g. SolarWinds)
- Understanding of ITSM tooling and processes
- Awareness of Cloud Administration (e.g. Broadcom vCenter - usage rather than administration)
- Relevant transferable skills in System Administration are a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to escalations from 2nd Line daily checks using ITSM tooling
- Manage PKI certificates for virtual and physical networking devices
- Distribute software, firmware, and security updates across network devices
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams
- Support and maintain virtual and physical network solutions, providing updates to the Operations Lead
- Complete readiness assessments for new releases entering service
- Produce and maintain documentation including work instructions and patching schedules
