We are seeking a PLC Software Engineer who has extensive experience in writing PLC software from scratch. Candidates with experience in Rockwell / Allen Bradley PLCs and associated SCADA software will be given preference. A degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is ideally required. We are particularly interested in engineers who have strong programming skills, solid documentation experience, and the aspiration to gain Chartered status.
Responsibilities
As a PLC Software Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and developing PLC/SCADA software from the ground up. You will need to understand and deliver the project lifecycle from concept to completion, produce specifications and design documentation, and test and commission in a safe and operational end-user environment. The work will primarily be office-based, with some short periods required on-site for project needs.
