Requirements

Must:
- 1-2 years of commercial/relevant experience - British passport holder with no dual nationality - Resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years - Qualified to at least 2:1 Degree level - Experience in highly regulated industries - Some experience in the design and implementation of complex industrial automation systems - Technical software design documentation capabilities - System safety experience is of interest

We are a Staffordshire based specialist engineering business seeking a Junior PLC / SCADA Software Engineer. Our company is committed to supporting Engineers in achieving Chartered status and pursuing further qualifications such as an MSc. We prioritize a sensible work-life balance, encouraging our team to leave the office by 4:30 PM daily, alongside offering 30 days of holiday per year plus statutory Bank Holidays. Our role will primarily be based from our Stafford office with some working from home and occasional trips to customer sites. We provide a salary of £35k, hybrid working options, a bonus scheme, and private healthcare cover.
