As the hiring company, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual with experience in 1st Line IT Support within a NOC environment. You should have a proven record as the initial point of contact for all technical customer support. A strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and an understanding of how the Service Desk function contributes to the overall customer experience are essential. Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ticket Investigation: Ensuring that sufficient information has been provided to support the effective resolution of tickets.
- Achievement of SLAs: Responding within agreed service levels.
- Customer Communication: Providing appropriate updates to customers in line with expectations and ticket quality assurance procedures.
- Ticket Processing: Escalating tickets to continue investigation and remediation as your level of ability allows.
- User Account Processing: Managing creation, blocking, removal, and alteration of user accounts and access during the starter, leaver, and role change processes.
- Ticket Automation: Completing automated tickets as per the provided instructions at regular intervals.
- Ad Hoc On-Site Support: Attending customer sites or events to provide technical services, for which ample training will be provided; this includes installations, decommissions, triage, representation, and learning.
